Tas Wilson, director for music videos by Ruby Fields, Maddy Jane, and Adam Newling, shares of their collaboration, “The boys basically wanted to make a skate part for the new music video. It made the production pretty straightforward. It meant just going to the skatey, getting clips and hanging, which we were all psyched on. Fender sent some gats for the purpose of demoing too, which was mental. We shot it on a VX1000 with a death lens fisheye and a Hi8 with a fisheye. Unfortunately, the dinosaur VX made it a battle to get the media off and we weren’t able to capture it before the deadline. So we were forced to only use the Hi8 footage, which still came up well in then end. Who knows maybe there’ll be an A-Side release down the track. All in all, it was an epic day making the video with the lads.”
