NEW DANCE LABEL TEAMWRK RECORDS PARTNERS WITH UNIVERSAL MUSIC
Sydney, November 14, 2017 – Teamwrk Records is a new dance music label launched by leading Australian dance music agency and management company, Melbourne based, Lucky Entertainment.
Universal Music Australia and Teamwrk have partnered for exclusive global digital and physical distribution, as well as promotions and marketing services provided by Universal Music Australia on selected artists.
Lucky Entertainment represents some of the fastest growing talent in the global dance music scene and provides artists with a variety of services both locally and abroad, including artist management, a booking agency, international touring, public relations, media (digital & brand) and events. In addition, Lucky Entertainment run two record labels (Teamwrk Records & Bourne Recordings).
Best known for spearheading the growth of Melbourne Bounce from a cult underground scene into a global phenomenon, and guiding the careers of stars like Will Sparks, Tigerlily, Mashd N Kutcher, Joel Fletcher Tyron Hapi and Brynny, Teamwrk has grown from a one-man living room operation into its own mini-empire. Lucky Entertainment also runs the iconic dance mega-club Billboard in Melbourne, along with Light @ Crown and Cheers Tuesdays. The outfit also handles agent duties for nearly 50 major local artists across multiple genres. Luke Udorovic is the founder and director of Lucky Ent with Jae Butt heading A+R.
Exciting news for Lucky Entertainment is their involvement in hosting one of the biggest festivals in the world, Ultra Australia.
With the aim of fostering talent and creating a space for artists to showcase their music, Teamwrk will discover the next generation of dance and pop superstars. Releases will include tracks from Tyron Hapi, Will Sparks, Matt Watkins to name a few – this emerging label is one to watch.
