‘1998’ Album debuted at #1 on the Australian iTunes Chart

Gould’s Version and Music Video of ‘Don’t Let Go’ went viral with over 20 Million views and soared up the Spotify Viral UK Top 50

Toured Australia with Maxine Jones of En Vogue

Currently on tour with Synthony No.3 2023 with Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Ilan Kidron, Thandi Phoenix and more

Gould was an official performer of Sydney World Pride 2023

Gould recently reached #2 on the official UK commercial pop dance charts with his collaboration track ‘Earth Song’

Fresh off his powerful Pride Cup halftime performance at AAMI Park Stadium, and performing at Sydney World Pride and Chillout Festival 2023 – Australian soul sensation Greg Gould releases his new original anthem, ‘Marching On’ (Out March 17) and powerful accompanying music video.

Shining a light on the constant fight for equality and acceptance that the queer community faces, Gould’s ‘Marching On’ is an empowering and honest statement. It is an anthem that is full of energy, heart and hope. Packed with pride and soaring vocals, ‘Marching On’ captures the drive and passion of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Gould’s resounding, booming vocals are accompanied by deep bass notes and angelic harmonies that make up an emotionally charged track. Paired with melodic strings and upbeat production, ‘Marching On’ is an invigorating track for the entire community.

This is captured in the commanding music video, featuring all walks of life bearing their souls to the camera. The video stars Ethiopian dancer/artist LION, First Nations drummer Benny Clark (Baker Boy), and Trans advocate Sait Ergo.

Unapologetically stepping forward as a queer, independent Australian artist on a mission, Gould states:

“Music is so powerful and can change the world. ‘Marching On’ is a brave, fierce and powerful anthem that celebrates how far we’ve come; never forgetting the struggles, the lives lost and the shoulders we stand on to be where we are today.”

“It sets out to empower those still fighting for their rights around the world and is a war cry to continue to fight for equality. No matter your sexuality, gender/non gender, race, beliefs or ability, when we are all united – the world is stronger! We must keep marching on for ourselves, and the next generations to follow.”

One of Australia’s most exciting and popular artists currently, Gould mixes the pleasure of The Weeknd, Sam Smith and Rag’n’Bone to provide the immersive storytelling in his music. As a runner-up on Australia’s Got Talent in 2013, Gould has hit milestone after milestone.

Achieving global success as a vocalist, the powerhouse artist topped over 20 million views on his award-winning music videos and album ‘1998’ released in 2020.  The album that debuted at Number 1 on the Australian charts included collaborations with Damien Leith, Rhonda Burchmore, Inaya Day, Cosima De Vito, Katie Underwood, Zoe Badwi, Joanne, Lynne McGranger, Tania Doko and the Choirboys frontman Mark Gable.

Touring sold out shows globally, Gould has also appeared on numerous international festival bills including Full Moon Fest in New York City, the Sydney Mardi Gras official after party and Synthony Dance Anthems Orchestrated national tours. Also playing Hamburg Pride, Gould’s original track ‘Today’ was chosen as performed as the Official Anthem for 2017.

Using his passion, his voice and art to stand up for the LGBTQIA+ community, Gould has been honoured by ACON for his work in combatting the stigma surrounding HIV/AIDS earning multiple nominations at the Australian LGBTI Awards.

Greg Gould follows in the tradition of great artists who aren’t defined by any one genre. Delivering honest, soulful music that speaks straight from the heart, ‘Marching On’ is out Friday, March 17.
