What is your name ?

We are Sebastien Bevil and Gaby Meynadier.

Where are you currently based?

We are based in Montpellier in a south of France.

Please explain your focus on minimal sound?

For us it’s a music where it’s possible to put differents worlds.

You have 2 EP’s coming out this October and in November, what can we expect from both EP’s?

For the first Ep “Comme Une Ombre” it’s an univers electro melodic dancefloor always with our minimal identity and for the second Ep “No Time”, we have work on a side crazy for a peak time.

What equipment and programs do you use?

We have Imac, Logic Pro X and Ableton. We use Apollo Twin for sound card, 1 keyboard and Push.

Where did you record/produce?

We produce only in our Studio at Montpellier.

Did you collaborate with anybody?

We don’t have next collaboration for the moment. We remain focus on our label Scander with our tracks.

What influences your sound?

In the years 2000, we have known a big after based in Montpellier called BAR LIVE, it was the biggest after in France.

At that time we was client and we have a lot dancing on the dancefloor with artists electronic techno melodic as Anthony Rother, Paul K, Aril Brikha, Jake Fairley, Nathan Fake, Superpitcher, Cebb and more.

It was big source of inspiration for us.

You were 5 times Top 1 April, May, August, October 2016 and April 2017 (” Titan ” is currently still in the top 10 since 7 month) Minimal on Beatport, world record of 5 tracks in the top 10 Minimal in August 2016. Number 1 French sales and number 2 world in 2016 Minimal sales Beatport.  What do you think is the key to your success?

For us the key of our success is a lot of hours in studio and develop a unique style.

You have a huge fan base in Bulgaria and Hungary.  Why do you think you resonate so strongly with fans from these 2 countries?

This country really like electronic music and a lot of minimal style, it’s very cool lol and we love this public !

In November of 2017 you have two dates in Hungary, there is a lot of excitement building around these two shows, what can we expect from these shows?

When we going to play somewhere, we prefer a magic instant and big connection with the people.

Your track “Titan” is currently huge in Hungarian clubs, how did this track come about?

It’s amazing because we have make this track 2 years ago in 4 hours and we have wait a long moment for release on our label Scander because we didn’t know if the public will like this. It’s a big surprise for us and we thank the people for the support.

In France, you’ve played the biggest festival such as Panorama festival, Garorock festival, Reperkusound festival, Family Piknik, I Love Techno Europe and many more… What do you enjoy most about playing in France?

It’s a fantastic scene, when we play in front of a lot of people, it’s a crazy sensation.

Do you find that the fans/live crowds are different from country to country?

Yes very different. Each country has its own approach to music but it is always very festive with real public reaction.

Who are you listening to at the moment?

We listen of all, from the time it’s sought and unique.

Favourite show of the year and why?

Our favorite show was Festival Reperkusound (Lyon – France) this night it happens a incredible connection with the public.

How did you get into music/djing?

In this after Bar Live when we have listening the dj resident Cebb.

Where and when was your first show?

In October 2012 at Spartacus Club (Cabries – South of France). We go back every year, it’s a club that we care about.

Favourite food and place to hangout?

French Food ! And after a long session in studio, we like make a dinner with our friends.
