PREMIERE – KIRSTEN TSOLTOUDIS RELEASES SMOOTH DEBUT SINGLE ‘PHASES’
Multi-talented 18-year-old singer/songwriter/dancer and influencer Kirsten Tsoltoudis has just announced that she is pushing past her usual social media covers and is releasing her debut single ‘Phases’ with an exclusive premiere through The Partae. ‘Phases’ delivers a beautifully woven blend of R&B and pop and will be released officially on all platforms tomorrow. Following a highly successful and empowering year of dance which has allowed Kirsten Tsoltoudis to work with renowned choreographers like Blake John Wood and perform as a solo act in front of crowds of hundreds, ‘Phases’ poetically solidifies the changes happening to Kirsten’s life as she embarks on her musical journey in the entertainment world.
Growing up in the Shire, just south of Sydney, Kirsten begun to attract attention via her covers, modeling and dance videos on social media where even at the young age of 17 it was clear that she was to be a triple threat. Accumulating over 16 thousand followers on Instagram and modelling for international companies like Toni and Guy, Kirsten has established the perfect launching platform for her own music.
Flying down from Sydney to Melbourne to work with acclaimed producer Hamley (Allday, Dexter Seamus, Maundz) the duo created ‘Phases’ in a single session. Delivering a fusion of raw piano and a smooth boom-bap drum pattern that makes the record feel like a blur between an Ella Mai and Jorja Smith single. The title ‘Phases’ is one meant to be taken quite literally as Kirsten describes herself as the ‘type of person to go through phases real quick whether it’s the most simple things like what I am having for breakfast or the guy I’m interested in.’
