He then established his unique sense of taste with his ‘A Deep Groove’ shows on, then pirate, Radio FG and later Radio Nova. DJ Deep quickly graduated to become a reference for many over the past 25 years, relentlessly playing worldwide and always taking with him a sense of history informed by a love of Chicago, New York and Detroit. Since founding his Deeply Rooted label in 2004, DJ Deep has gone on to curate many records considered now as classics of the genres. As a producer, he has in recent years released new de nitive music, may it be on Radioslave’s Rekids, Kerri Chandler’s Kaoz Theory or on L.I.E.S. as Rebéval. As a remixer, too, DJ Deep has stylishly reworked the likes of Carl Craig, St Germain or Moritz von Oswald, DJ Honesty, always bringing his uniquely warm atmospheres to whatever he turns out. Blurring the lines between house, techno and beyond, DJ Deep joins the dots between classic and contemporary cuts with his own sense of story telling. His eclectic selections are also broadcasted on his monthly Open Library radio shows on Worldwide FM, where he blends experimental electronics, dub, psychedelic funk and intricate ambient with essential oor grooves, making for very special and immersive soundtracks. DJ Deep transcends all trends. Whatever he is playing or producing, it’s fair to say that DJ Deep always has something to say that is very much worth hearing. Connect with DJ Deep:
