Having released singles in folk, pop and trip-hop nuances, the tender singer-songwriter MARBL, known for her cinematic music videos, is back with a new single with music video ‘The First Day of the Rain’. MARBL doesn’t only share a visual story shedding light to heartbreak and loss we can all relate to, in the spirit of Wes Anderson. MARBL also raises awareness of unprotected animals, calling us to take action.
According to Dogs Trust’s Stray Dogs Survey Report 2018, there are currently 56 000 dogs stray dogs in the UK. You can find further information in supporting the animals through your local NGO. This project is in co-operation with the non-profit organisation SPCA Israel.
Having previously released two EP’s that received international media attention, Israeli Folk/Pop MARBL’s new single ‘The First Day of The Rain’ draws the likes of Aldous Harding, Big Thief, Lana Del Rey and Haley Heynderickx.
