IN NEW GLORIOUS VIDEO, MACKLEMORE SURPRISES HIS GRANDMOTHER FOR HER 100TH BIRTHDAY
Earlier this year, Macklemore headed to Modesto, California to surprise his Grandmother Helen on her 100th birthday. Longtime collaborator, filmmaker Jason Koenig captured their adventures and directed the video for Macklemore’s new anthemic single Gloriousfeaturing Skylar Grey.
Last week, Macklemore performed Glorious on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon accompanied by Skylar Grey on piano, a horn section and six person choir. The uplifting performance earned the Seattle rapper a rare standing ovation from the Fallon audience.
