LILURA releases new single Darkest Desire 

LILURA is a brand new and exciting independent artist hailing from the small seaside town of Nairn deep in the Highlands of Scotland. LILURA aims to captivate audiences with dark, electronic beats infused with fun, glittering, witch pop.

Having recently returned from LA where she has been working on her skills with some of the most established writers and producers in pop, she continues collaborating with other UK artists and is slowly but surely growing recognition as both a writer and performer whose live set has been moving from strength to strength. She has previously built exposure under a different name touring the UK and making appearances at festivals such as Rockness, Wickerman, Belladrum , Cornburry, and gaining both BBC radio and TV airplay. She has worked tirelessly over the past year to create and deliver a new sound she is passionate about.

The self confessed witch obsessed songstress takes inspiration from the likes of Depeche Mode, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Radiohead, The Weeknd, Lorde, Tove Lo and Bowie. Having brewed up this storm for some time now LILURA is a force to be reckoned with. 

Having recently finished a Scottish tour, Darkest Desire is out today with a video shot in Joshua Tree in the Californian Desert to come.
