Diskolab has long been one of dance music’s fastest growing brands and after another record breaking year, it now makes a huge statement with more than 30 parties announced for this year’s Miami Music Week. They will once again take over the best venues in the city from raw and artistic warehouse spaces to luxury pools, and welcome the world’s most recognised brands and globally acclaimed DJs to party with them. The likes of Above & Beyond, Fisher: Catch & Release, elrow, a huge 10th Anniversary for No Sugar Added, Brownies & Lemonade with Dog Blood (Skrillex and Boys Noize), Green Velvet’s La La Land, Do Not Sit, Spinnin’ Hotel, Steve Aoki and Dim Mak, Mixmash, All Day I Dream, Gareth Emery’s Laserface, Robin Schulz, Heldeep, and many more all host spectacular parties covering all forms of electronic music in late March.
The esteemed Diskolab is a multifaceted music laboratory that has truly established itself as a leader in Miami by creating and developing cutting edge concepts, brands and experiences that have all formed strong bonds between artists and music fans all over Florida. Once again making a huge noise at this year’s Miami Music Week, the scene-leading Diskolab is already closely associated with some great brands and now builds new links for what is sure to be their biggest year yet.
Leading the charge is the monumental and historic 10th Anniversary of No Sugar Added. What started as a small event with tomorrow’s superstars has now grown into a multi-venue day and night party with the biggest names in dance music set to headline. Part one is at Sagamore Hotel, which is where the famous No Sugar Added story started, while part two moves to the massive RC Cola Plant in Wynwood for an all-night celebration.
The rest of the Diskolab parties play out in the most exciting venues in town. Daytime events take place at the luxury tropical poolside vibes of Delano Beach Club with its rows of palm trees and all white sun loungers, as well as at The Spinnin’ Hotel (which sees Spinnin’ Records takeover Nautilus Hotel South Beach and its amazing pool for the week and transform the venue with their own style). DiskoLab will also take over the beautiful Sagamore Hotel Pool. Nighttime events take place in Wynwood: at The RC Cola Plant, an architectural mainstay of the Wynwood Arts District with real street wise character, exposed steel columns and urban art on the walls, as well as at Mana Wynwood, a unique and raw events space, and the intimate C&L Warehouse, which provides the perfect opportunity to get up close and personal with your favorite artists.
Some of the biggest events include Do Not Sit By The Pool on March 26th with the local and legendary deep house party headlined by founder Behrouz, plus guests Damian Lazarus, Francesca Lombardo, Matthias Meyer, Dee Montero and Dude Skywalker.
On March 27th, Fisher presents Catch & Release with Eli Brown, Martin Ikin, Mason Maynard, Mele, plus special guests at Delano Beach Club, and the same day Spinnin’ Sessions will take you on a house rollercoaster with ALOK, Bingo Players, Bassjackers, Lucas & Steve, Mesto, The Him and more at The Spinnin’ Hotel. After sundown, the one and only DJ rockstar Steve Aoki hosts a special Dim Mak party at Mana Wynwood, with special guest Don Diablo plus 4B, Slushii, Henry Fong, and surprise guests!
Heldeep are in town on March 29th for their own pool party at The Spinnin’ Hotel, while fans of dreamy deep house will be excited by the All Day I Dream party at Delano Beach Club with Lee Burridge, Bedouin, Newman and Hoj. That evening, Gareth Emery’s Laserface Miami at Mana Wynwood will be an audio-visual feast that features Gareth’s own travelling laser show.
March 30th is when Green Velvet’s La La Land concept brings Get Real (Claude VonStroke & Green Velvet), as well as Gorgon City, Patrick Topping, Sonny Fodera b2b Dom Dolla, Layton Giordani, Prok | Fitch, Doorly, Mihalis Safras, Eskuche and a special live performance from Dajae to Delano Beach Club. Meanwhile, at The Spinnin’ Hotel, Sander van Doorn curates his own 15 Years of Identity Tour with a very special set from him as Purple Haze plus more. That evening in Wynwood, world renowned, crazy and colourful carnival crew elrow bring their next level creativity and spellbinding production to Mana Wynwood, with headliners Claptone, Patrick Topping, wAFF, Nathan Barato, Detlef, Latmun, Eddy M, Bastian Bux, Dosem, De La Swing and some very special guests.
On March 31st, Spinnin’ Deep offers a deeper take on house music at the iconic label’s own hotel, and Klingande brings his Playground Pool Party to Sagamore. Anjunabeats takes Delano Beach Club with Andrew Bayer, Gabriel & Dresden, Ilan Bluestone, Jason Ross, Oliver Smith and Sunny Lax. That evening, Audien & Tritonal team up at C&L Warehouse with special guests to be announced.
