Today, Melbourne based three-piece Big Words share brand new single ‘You’re So Wonderful’, alongside a dreamy music video. Showcasing their knack for writing infectious, genre-blending songs, the colourful love song is the first taste of the trio’s upcoming debut album, which has been independently produced since 2020 and officially releasing sometime this year.

The single is brimming with Big Words’ classic charm & class, showcasing an upgraded, big band sound with the brass section you can usually only catch at their live shows, such as their recent sold out show at Melbourne’s The Night Cat and the luscious & unique Fairfield Amphitheatre. Inspired by jazz legends, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole & Amy Winehouse, ‘You’re So Wonderful’ is a modern take on a classic sound.
“‘You’re So Wonderful’ is romance’s first dance. It’s a short distance sprint through what love has to offer,” says Big Words’ Kieren Lee on the meaning behind the song.
“This is the sound we’ve wanted to make for so long and it’s finally on this album, ‘Wonderful’ is just a preview of what’s to come on the record,” says Will Scullin
